Organization: North County Lighthouse, San Diego Rescue Mission

About:  Volunteers needed to assist senior-aged packers in assembling 20,000 toiletry kits containing essentials like soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and shampoo. These kits will be distributed by the San Diego Rescue Mission (SDRM) to individuals experiencing homelessness, providing dignity and support.

Event Goal: Pack 20,000 kits (all materials provided).

Volunteer Duties:

• Transport toiletry items from staging areas to assembly stations.
• Replenish supplies at assembly stations.
• Collect and load completed kits into storage containers.
• Dispose of used cartons/containers.

Who We Need: Able-bodied individuals who can lift up to 25 lbs and move efficiently.
