About: A Western style hoedown is coming to Oceanside this October. This event is a huge fundraiser for Ivey Ranch Park Association to raise money for its riding programs that help hundreds in the community. Guests can look forward to country music, a barbecue lunch, horseback riding demonstrations and lots of fun and games.
Volunteers Needed: Ivey Ranch expects over 300 people to attend their Hoedown and are looking for over 100 volunteers from the community to pull off this event. Volunteers will help with all aspects of the fundraiser to include: registration, set up, auction, food servers, decorating, hay ride monitors, kids games, raffle tickets, event tear town, etc.
Shifts are available between 1:30-7:30pm and vary from 2-5 hours in length. Choose your preferred shift and time during the event Oct 7-Oct 12. All volunteers must individually register.

Family friendly? There are many moving parts during this event and thus children must be 12 yrs and older with adult supervision.
Attire: Closed toes shoes and pants preferred
Location Details: Ivey Ranch Park Association, 110 Rancho Del Oro Drive, Oceanside CA 92057. Once you turn off Rancho Del Oro from the 76, drive straight past Casa de Amparo and Canine Companions.
