About Arise: Taryn Leonard & Jen Johnson

Take this 92 day challenge of reading the entire New Testament and Tara-Leigh Cobble’s The Bible Recap: New Testament. This group will meet weekly for a prayer walk prior to discussing our biggest takeaways and questions from the daily reading. This is an app-based study. You will need to download the Holy Bible app Bible.com before the first meeting. They can’t wait to see what God is going to do in and through each of us as we fill our hearts with His word this fall. GROUP LEADER: Jen and Taryn are cousins who love the Word of God and walking. Jen has been married to her husband, Kevin, for over 30 years. They have three amazing adult daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law, and three precious grandchildren. Jen enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and delving into God’s Word. Taryn is the mother of a blended family with seven children ranging in age from 8 to 32. She has a huge heart for people and is a hugger. She loves reading, singing, walking, praying, and creating acronyms. When she makes time to rest, she can be found alongside her husband
