The Women of the Bible Speak: The Wisdom of 16 Women and Their Lessons for Today by Shannon Bream: This study explores the lives of sixteen Biblical women, highlighting their central roles in Scripture and their timeless lessons on faith. By pairing and contrasting their stories, Bream reveals how these women's struggles and triumphs offer profound insights and guidance for contemporary readers navigating their own spiritual journeys. GROUP LEADERS: Thirzie has been a member of North Coast for thirteen years and an Arise leader for five. She retired from the Oceanside School District and enjoyed traveling with her husband until his recent passing. She now devotes herself to friends and family and is grateful for their love and support. Pam joined North Coast in 1979 with her husband, Andy. Over the last three years, she has co-led an Arise group. Pam partnered with Andy through his five-year cancer treatment and has gained new empathy for those who have lost marriage partners or soulmates. She loves the support and sharing of real life in our group.
