About Brian Janey

Sensus Plenoir is Latin for "wider meaning" and describes the deeper dive we take in looking not only at the scripture, but the history and cultural context at the time they were written. Our group has a cool dynamic being multigenerational - millennials to baby-boomers. We encourage hard questions and love the collective wisdom that comes from searching the scriptures together for answers. There's a whole lot of fellowship and relationships which sprout from that. We study whole books of the Bible. We have been through Acts, Exodus, Revelation, Ezekiel, Habakkuk and even Obadiah (to name a few). We are diving into the book of Colossians this semester. We meet year round on the covered back deck of Brian's home (under patio heaters when it's chilly). Join us!
