The impact your support can have...

Your support funds daily living assistance, social activities, and essentials like warm clothing for adults with developmental disabilities, transforming institutional care into genuine community and belonging.

Contributions to North Coast Church are administered and disbursed under the supervision of the church. In the unlikely event that a ministry/project is overfunded, gifts may be used in another ministry/project in alignment with our exempt purpose. North Coast Church desires to honor unsolicited directed gifts but the final decision on the use of all funds rests with the Church.

About Molly's House - Hearts & Minds Inc.

Home, Community, and Dignity for All

Every Day
supporting adults with developmental disabilities

Hearts and Minds (formerly Molly's House) supports adults with developmental disabilities by offering an environment where residents have opportunities to participate in everyday life in their home and community. This Pauma Valley organization understands that people with developmental, mental health, and physical disabilities deserve more than just care—they deserve community, purpose, and the dignity of an engaged life. Through daily living assistance, social activities, and community integration, Hearts and Minds helps residents experience full, meaningful lives regardless of their challenges.

"Every person deserves to be part of their community—disabilities may change how we participate, but they don't diminish our need for connection and purpose."

What makes Hearts and Minds special is their holistic approach to supporting the whole person in every aspect of daily life. Your donation funds daily living activities including dressing assistance, medication management, housekeeping, and laundry, while also providing food service and social activities that enrich residents' lives. Additional support includes blankets, jackets, warm clothes, and gift cards for board games and activities—transforming basic care into true quality of life and isolation into community belonging.

Will you help adults with disabilities live with dignity and community connection?
