North Coast Church is proud to be an official host church for the 7th year for Night to Shine 2025, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation. Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs ages 14 and older. This year, Night to Shine will celebrate its 11th anniversary as thousands from around the world will come together to honor those with special needs on Friday, February 7, 2025.

Honored Guests with special needs enter this complimentary event on a red carpet complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi!

During the prom, guests receive the royal treatment, including limousine rides, professional photography, hair and makeup stations, corsages and boutonnieres, shoe shines, a catered dinner, karaoke, and, of course, a dance floor complete with a DJ… all leading up to the moment when each guest is crowned Prom King or Prom Queen and is reminded of their worth & value.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

We have a limited number of spots for the ladies who would like to have a free hair and/or make-up session from 5-6:30 PM the night of the event. You may choose hair and/or make-up on each honored guest registration until spots are filled. ALL SPOTS ARE FULL FOR HAIR AND MAKEUP.
For the guys - we have shoe shines for that extra special touch from 5-6:30 PM - no reservation needed!

CAREGIVER & PARENTS:

Parents/Caregivers, register for Dinner/Respite Room! Our Dinner/Respite Room is a private area where Parents/Caregivers of Honored Guests can spend the evening enjoying a complimentary catered dinner, entertainment, and rest while remaining onsite during the event.
If medication is required during the event, a Parent/Caregiver MUST be available to administer the medication.
As part of the guest registration, we will ask if you will be accompanied by a Parent/Caregiver. If you answer "yes", then a link to register Parents/Caregivers will be provided once the guest registration is complete.

- 5:00 PM: Optional hair and make-up sessions
- 5:30 PM: Check-in begins
- 6:00-9:00 PM: Various prom activities
- 6:00 PM: Dinner/Respite Room for Parents/Caregivers
- 6:30-7:00 PM: Red Carpet Walk
- 8:30 PM: Crowning Ceremony
- 9:00 PM: Prom concludes
