Healing the Heart and Mind: An Introduction to EMDR for Christians

Many believers carry wounds from the past—trauma, grief, or painful experiences—that can affect their daily life and faith journey. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven therapeutic approach that helps people process and heal from those painful memories. In this Christ-centered workshop, participants will learn how EMDR works, why it is effective, and how it can be integrated with a life of prayer, Scripture, and reliance on the Holy Spirit.

We will explore how EMDR can help Christians:
