This daytime, in-person group is perfect for anyone who can’t make it to an evening group—whether because of schedule conflicts, childcare needs, or simply not wanting to drive at night. We’ll gather each week to build community, discuss the weekend message, and grow in faith together in a relaxed and welcoming setting. If evenings aren’t a good fit for you, this is a great way to stay connected and be part of what God is doing through life groups. The group is led by Chris and Veronica, who enjoy RV travel, spending time with family, and plenty of hobbies—Chris is into golf and off-road vehicle sports, while Veronica loves walking and reading. They’re excited to create a space where others can connect, share life, and grow spiritually during the day.

This Life Group is designed for young parents who want to grow in faith and community while navigating the joys and challenges of family life. Meeting on Thursday evenings, the group alternates weeks between men’s and women’s gatherings—creating space for meaningful conversations, encouragement, and friendship. Leaders Christian and Celeste have been part of North Coast since 2019 and bring warmth and experience from years of Life Group involvement. Married since 2015, they have two young boys, Austin and Jack, and love hiking, beach days, trying new restaurants, and hosting game nights. Their group is all about connection, support, and having fun together while building a strong foundation in Christ.

This online group is designed for parents of young kids who want to stay connected and grow in their faith without the added stress of finding childcare each week. Meeting over Zoom makes it easy to fit into busy family schedules, while still building meaningful relationships. Together, we’ll encourage one another, share the ups and downs of parenting, and grow in God’s Word in the midst of this busy season of life. The leaders of this group, Greg and Kristi Weaver, have been mentoring Young Marrieds/Families for years - both in Life Groups and as individuals. They have a passion for seeing young couples grow in their relationships - with each other and with God.

This group meets on Sunday mornings following the 9am RB church service. Their goal is to "be church" together, and you'll find them serving on Sundays as a group! Mark and Julie have been attending North Coast since early 2019. They have served on the hospitality team since day one, and Julie has also served in High School ministry. Mark and Julie are both recovering attorneys. Mark now works as an executive for a biotech working to cure cancer and Julie spends her time trying to end Human Trafficking and taking care of the homestead. Sadly, she is not paid for either of those things. They love to travel and camp. Julie loves to cook, read, bake, and crochet. Mark doesn't have any free time, but when he does, he likes to travel, camp, read, go on walks, bike and wishes he had enough time to golf again.

Nate and Leah Loveland lead a life group designed for families with young children or those in that busy, joy-filled season of life. Each week begins with a potluck-style dinner for the whole family, followed by a creative swap: the women fellowship and discuss the homework while the men watch the kids for 30–45 minutes, then switch roles so everyone gets time to connect. Leah loves trying new recipes, relaxing by the pool with the kids, and winding down with a run, while Nate enjoys home remodel projects and once had a passion for sailing. Together, they aim to help families discover how God’s Word speaks into everyday life, connecting what’s happening in our homes with what’s taught at church and the truths of Scripture.

Rancho Bernardo’s Women’s Ministry meets Thursday mornings from 9:30–11:00am at the RB Offices. Each week we’ll enjoy prayer, teaching, and time in community as we encourage one another in our walks with Jesus. This quarter we’ll be studying As For Me: Life Through the Lens of the Psalms by Adrienne Camp—a rich look at how the Psalms invite us into deeper honesty with God, greater dependence on His Word, and joy in His presence. Together, we’ll unpack the beauty of these songs of Scripture and discover how they speak into our everyday lives. The $25 registration fee covers your book, study guide, streaming videos, and light hospitality each week. Childcare is available for $40/child for the quarter (family max $80). Space is limited, so pre-registration is required. To reserve childcare, please email Carlie at chainline@northcoastchurch.com.
