This group of men hopes to create a space where trust is built and fellowship fosters long-term friendships. The focus will be on studying God's Word together and learning how to apply it individually to become better men, gaining knowledge and wisdom for daily living. Alan has been retired since 2019 and has attended North Coast since 2014. He and his wife, Jan, have been married for 33 years and have one son, three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Alan enjoys reading, walking his dog, and going on day trips around San Diego. Mark Henderson will co-lead and host this group.

Alex and Rosa have been married since 2015, soon after sparking up a friendship as graduate students at SDSU. They love to laugh, cook, play games, and spend time with their sons. Rosa and Alex passion for this group is digging deeper, they hope to offer an exciting place to grow in relationship with Christ and each other! This group is a mix of married couples and couples who have just started having children. This group will have a hybrid meeting with the men meeting in person one week, while the women meet via zoom that week. The following week we will swap, and we will repeat this arrangement the entire quarter. The purpose of this groups schedule is to help with childcare for those in the group with children. Jake & Jessy have been with NCC for 5 years and serve on the greeting team at our Rancho Bernardo campus. Professionally, Jake works as a research scientist and Jessy is a marriage and family therapist. Together they both enjoy spending time with family and friends, photography, crafting, going to the beach and the mountains as well as trying out new restaurants.

This is a group that loves to support one another through life's ups and downs. Guy & Cyndi have attended NCC, and been involved in life groups, since 2005. Guy is the Music Director for Traditions, their son, Quinton is the pianist, and Cyndi adds vocals once a month. Ashlie, their daughter-in-love is SM/E Children's Pastor. Guy works as a driver and Cyndi works in lab asset management. Their home houses four generations, so every day is a party with Q, Ash, the grandkids, and Cyndi's folks. Jerry & Lisa have hosted our life group for many years. Both work full-time; Jerry in the semiconductor industry, and Lisa in social services. When not working, they enjoy spending time with their kids. Herb Pilz is a co-leader for our group. He is a retired high school art teacher and a full-time grandpa. Cindy is part of our serving team on Sundays in the Chapel and is one of our powerful prayer warriors serving with our prayer ministry. Judy has been a part of NCC since 2009, serving as a co-leader for a women's group in the past. Judy is now retired and enjoys the outdoors, photography, coloring, watching movies. They are studying the book of John from Daily Grace: What does it look like to live an abundant life? We live in a world that tries to convince us that life can be found in temporary pleasures. However, in the pages of the Gospel of John, we are invited to “come and see” and to believe in the only source of true life: Jesus Christ. Debera and her husband have been attending North Coast Church since early 2014 and have led multiple life groups. Debera loves spending time with her four grandkids, enjoys mother/daughter days with her three daughters, and walking with friends every week at the mall. Before becoming a leader for The Well, she served for 45 yrs. in Children's Ministry. Her passion is seeing other women develop a deeper knowledge of God and knowledge of how much He truly loves them! Debbie will co-lead this group, she has been attending North Coast Church since 2020. Debbie is retired now and enjoys in her free time cooking, outdoors, making homemade gifts, spending time with her grandchildren, and husband.

This Well will feature live teaching as we study the book of Psalms together. You will learn how to study the Bible for yourself and enjoy rich discussions while making deep connections with the women in your group. Maysoon has two young daughters and one son. Sabina is a stay at home mom who stays very busy with her three little ones. Together they both look forward to meeting with other mother's to encourage, support, and point to Christ as we navigate the many ups, downs, curves, and turns of motherhood. Sabina was born in Germany and enjoy traveling and watching documentaries on how people have lived throughout history all around the world. She enjoys backpacking with her husband but in this season of life, she spends time mainly with her children doing extracurricular activities and spending time at local playgrounds. She also enjoys a good walk, talk, and coffee!
