- CAMP POLICIES:
- This camp is for FALL 2025 5th and 6th grade students who call VISTA CAMPUS their home church and their invited guests. We do not wish to exclude anyone but due to extremely limited staffing availability, we have had to limit attendance eligibility to students who regularly attend the Vista campus 4th & 5th grades classes during the 2024-2025 school year and their invited guests. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accommodate students from our off-site campuses or other churches, unless they are personally invited by a Vista Campus student who will be attending camp himself/herself.
- Your $175 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Your deposit saves a spot for your child and we interpret it as your intent to fully register your child, which helps us gauge our total staffing needs. Camper deposits will be put towards training volunteers, purchasing supplies, and otherwise preparing for a camp of close to 120 participants. We ask that you consider your deposit as an investment into the overall camp event, in addition to your individual child.
- After camp has begun, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason, which includes leaving camp due to illness, injury, and emergencies. Because North Coast Church pays for admissions to parks on a per person basis, the church does not receive refunds, partial or otherwise, for students who leave camp early for any reason. As such, refunds are not issued for students who cannot complete their time at camp.
- Students will be assigned to TEAMS and we will do our best to honor teammate requests provided they are submitted by Monday June 9, 2025. TEAMS will include both boys and girls from both grades. If your child has agreed to attend camp only if he/she can attend with a friend, please be aware of the above policies about deposits and refunds in the event the friend cancels.
- SLEEPING VENUES/ARRANGEMENTS are made by gender and grade, so there will be one for each of the following separately - 5th grade girls, 5th grade boys, 6th grade girls, and 6th grade boys.
