Soul Care is a practical, Bible-based class designed to help you identify what’s shaping your inner life—and learn how to deal with it in a healthy, Christ-centered way.
Over 8 weeks, we’ll walk through Dr. Rob Reimer’s Soul Care framework, focusing on how past experiences, generational sins, habits, and unprocessed pain affect how we lead, relate, and live today. This isn’t group therapy or a Life Group. It’s a guided process that gives you tools to recognize unhealthy patterns, invite God into them, and replace them with truth and freedom.
Each session starts with teaching and then moves into small, same-gender groups of three, where conversation is structured and intentional. Many men and women find this to be one of the most grounding and clarifying experiences of their faith. It is a great way to get "unstuck".
If you want a stronger inner foundation, healthier relationships, and a faith that shows up in real life—this class is for you.
