Anxiety and worry are difficult to control and can interfere with day-to-day activities. Join us in exploring video teachings from the experts at Share the Struggle, including Dr. Caroline Leaf, Matthias Barker, and Rebekah Lyons. In this class, you can expect to learn how to handle many different types of anxiety, develop a framework for managing your feelings and emotions, get to the root causes of your anxiety, and deepen the quality of your relationships with God, yourself, and others.
When: Every Monday at 7pm, from January 29 through March 25
