The influence of ADHD on a marriage can be difficult and trying to solve problems can seem impossible. The repetitive asking for help or constant conversations about remembering something leaves many in turmoil. Understanding the effect of ADHD on relationships is key to understanding your partner better and can lead to a better way of connecting. We will be focusing on techniques that will help to take the focus off the characteristics of the person and shifting the focus to the symptoms of ADHD.
