Trauma and Crisis Recovery
When something unexpected happens, your world can be turned upside down. We can go into psychological shock and intense distress. For the most part, we recover, yet at times a situation is so powerful for us that we are blocked from healing. In this class we will learn what prevents healing, when to seek help, and what treatment methods are available to us.
