Embark on a transformative journey towards healing in the six-week Moving Through Trauma class. Featuring video teaching from Matthias Barker, Cathy Loerzel, Benji Horning and others. In this class you’ll discover freedom in the present as you make sense of past wounds and untangle complex emotions, gain practical tools to get unstuck, stay grounded, and reconnect with what matters most, learn skills to deepen connections with others and create space for the comforting presence of the Holy Spirit.
